Of course not! Experience is not necessary – our main priority is to have fun! We will show you everything.

You can check the current price of the event in its description. The FIRST MINUTE price is 189 zł. We provide all the necessary guidance, as well as all painting materials. Plus unlimited wine and refreshments. The picture you paint, of course, you take home with you.

Yes, we will provide everything you need for our events (canvas, paints, brushes, easel, palette, apron, music and a teacher!). Plus unlimited wine to help develop your creativity!

Yes, of course! During our meetings we have water available for our non-drinking participants. We do not offer non-alcoholic wine at our events, but we have no problem with that if you want to bring your own.

All tickets are on sale HERE. We recommend booking in advance as our events can sell out quite quickly or the price may increase.

Yes, of course! We cater for a wide variety of events including hen nights, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, team building and much more. We can also create a bespoke event for you, just let us know what idea is on your mind! Email us and we will do our best to accommodate you and your group – zmalujmycos@wino-grono.art

We start at 6:30pm, try to be 10 minutes early and not late. If you are late, you don’t need to let us know – we start evenly at 6:30pm and you just join in when you get there – nothing terrible happens:) If you’re early, take advantage of the charms the area has to offer.

Yes, we take photos during the event for use on our website, social media and other promotional purposes. If you don’t want to be in our photos, just let our on-site coordinator know and we’ll be sure to accommodate.

Yes, all our events are for adults. We do not anticipate an upper limit 🙂

You are completely free to choose here. However, we suggest you go a bit wild – maybe something colourful or something that has been lying at the bottom of your wardrobe for a long time? Remember that this is an artistic event – so you can look like an artist:) Everyone gets an apron so that their outfit doesn’t get dirty!

A smile is enough 🙂 And if you forget, we’ll “paint” it for you 😉

Yes, of course. Check out the voucher tab. The voucher lands in your email immediately after purchase, ready to be printed. There will be a unique code on it. You can also transcribe it onto a greetings card. Enter the code in your shopping basket when you sign up for an event – your basket will then be reduced to £ 0.

We are constantly looking for original and unconventional venues. If you own such a venue or know of such locations in your city, let us know!

Because we do not receive SMS and we do not see them at all when you write to us. Both the “company” number and the profile called “Wino-Grono” do NOT receive your texts. For questions, you can contact us by phone, email, or on our FB/Insta.

You can extend the validity of your voucher by 3 months. The cost of such an operation is PLN 50 per voucher. Please make a bank transfer to the following account number: 12 1090 1883 0000 0001 5149 3401, write “voucher extension” in the title and send us confirmation of the transfer and the voucher number to info@wino-grono.art.

Just remember that we do not extend expired vouchers and the expiry date of the voucher is the date by which it must be used in the shopping cart, but it can be redeemed for a further date and our calendar is already spread many months ahead. We only make changes to your booking more than 2 days before the event (48 hours). Otherwise you can rewrite the place to another person – this option is free of charge. Then the “new person” enters in your name/reservation number – you do not need to inform us of such a change.

FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS (48h) BEFORE THE EVENT we can transfer your booking to another date in the same or any other city throughout Poland. This involves a fee of PLN 40 (per person). In this situation, make a transfer to the account number: 12 1090 1883 0000 0001 5149 3401, in the title write “name and surname, change of booking #NumberStareReservation” and send us a confirmation of the transfer to info@wino-grono.art. Write there for which date we should rebook you.

LESS THAN 2 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, we do NOT offer rescheduling. We do not apply any exceptions to this rule (such as the death of a grandmother or illness in this covid). The only option in this case is to find someone to take your place or sell your entry to someone else.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We do not offer cancellation of your booking, which means that we will not refund your money if you cancel your participation or do not come to the event on the booked date. Such policies are in accordance with the law (including the Consumer Rights Act) and our terms and conditions. We therefore ask you to make your bookings thoughtfully.

Please also note that cancellation of a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to entertainment events. You can find detailed information on this subject on the UOKiK website under “When I cannot withdraw from a distance contract”.
